Third-generation family business
For more than five decades, we have been developing and manufacturing injection moulding tools and technical plastic components. Short paths between engineering, toolmaking, injection moulding, inspection and assembly enable fast coordination and reliable series processes.
The company began in 1969 in the founder’s basement workshop. The first in-house injection moulding machine followed in 1972, the first 900 m² production hall in 1979 and a second hall of the same size in 1982. Today, modern manufacturing technology, skilled employees and certified processes are at the heart of our operations.
Everything under one roof
Plastics processing
Technical thermoplastics are processed on 15 modern injection moulding machines in small, medium and high-volume series. Capabilities include insert-moulded parts, prototypes, samples, initial series, visible parts and in-house assembly.
Toolmaking
Design and CNC programming are carried out with VISI. In-house manufacturing includes CNC milling, sinker and wire EDM, grinding, laser welding and laser marking. Common CAD formats can be processed.
From concept to production readiness
CAD data, component requirements and the manufacturing strategy are aligned from the outset.
3D printing supports early samples, visualisation and handling fixtures.
Milling, EDM, grinding and laser processing form the complete in-house toolmaking chain.
Direct sampling, optimisation, 3D measurement as well as pressure and tensile testing.
Automated production, gentle part removal and in-house assembly on request.
Quality & Sustainability
To meet increasing industrial requirements, the company continuously invests in modern measuring and testing equipment, including a full 3D measurement system as well as pressure and tensile testing. Custom measuring fixtures can be manufactured in-house by our toolmaking team.
At the same time, we continue to expand our experience with plastics made from renewable raw materials and biodegradable materials; reducing our CO₂ footprint is an ongoing objective.
